What we set out to do.

Bridge the gap between underprivileged youth and their first meaningful job.

Why now.

India produces millions of degree-holding graduates every year, but a vast number from low-income families are locked out of professional careers because they lack networks, interview skills, soft-skills training, and access to hiring managers. Launchpad closes that gap with a structured pipeline: skill mapping, mock interviews, employer matchmaking, and post-placement support during the critical first 90 days on the job.

What we actually do.

1. Career counselling and skill assessments for first-generation working professionals.
2. Mock interviews, resume reviews, and soft-skills bootcamps run by industry volunteers.
3. Direct hiring partnerships with 40+ companies across IT services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
4. Post-placement mentorship and grievance support for the first 90 days of employment.

The result.

Over 500 first-generation professionals have moved from uncertain underemployment into salaried roles, breaking generational poverty cycles in their families.
