OBJECTIVE

What we set out to do.

Protect India's environment and preserve its natural heritage.

CONTEXT

Why now.

Rapid urbanization and industrialization have placed immense pressure on India's ecosystems. This project actively combats pollution, deforestation, and ecosystem destruction through both community action and legal advocacy.

KEY ACTIVITIES

What we actually do.

  1. Sustained campaigns to protect vital ecological zones like the Damagundam Reserve Forest.
  2. Promoting environmentally conscious cultural practices, such as eco-friendly Ganesha idols made from cow dung.
  3. Forming student eco-clubs and conducting awareness drives in educational institutions.
IMPACT

The result.

Over 9 years of sustained campaigns and successful legal interventions have prevented large-scale ecological destruction and set a precedent for environmental protection.

"When the forest department came with bulldozers, our PIL was already in court. The trees are still standing. That's not nothing."
