B The Change Welfare Society is a youth-led welfare organization turning powerful ideas into on-ground change across education, human rights, women’s empowerment, technology, and animal welfare.
Every initiative is designed as a practical solution to systemic gaps, powered by volunteers, community partners, and those directly affected by the issues we address.
B The Change Welfare Society brings together lawyers, educators, technologists, students, and grassroots leaders under one banner to make rights, opportunities, and dignity a lived reality for all.
From urban slums to rural schools and courtrooms to village streets, the team works where the need is greatest, building scalable models that can be replicated across India.

The vision is a just, inclusive India where every person—human or animal—has access to justice, opportunity, and basic dignity. The mission is to design and run impact-driven projects that bridge gaps in law, education, gender equity, digital access, and welfare, while nurturing local leaders who carry the change forward.

The Changemakers project builds community leaders aged 7 to 80, empowering men, women, transgender persons, and children to identify local problems and drive collective solutions.Through needs mapping, advocacy with government departments, and anti-narcotics and social-awareness campaigns, Changemakers have addressed issues from sanitation and documentation to youth substance abuse.

The W.E. Women Empowerment project supports women below the poverty line through livelihood creation and health education, especially menstrual hygiene. By running menstrual hygiene awareness sessions, oil extraction units, and a lunch box program, W.E. has created income for over 200 women and improved menstrual health practices among tens of thousands of girls and women.

Coding on Wheels is a mobile and hybrid program that brings computers, internet access, and coding education directly to children in underserved and rural schools. With solar-powered mobile classrooms, in-school sessions, and online or in-house trainings, the project has reached more than 100,000 children through over 5,000 learning sessions, teaching practical coding skills and problem-solving.

The Global Human Rights Front offers pro bono legal support to victims of grave human rights violations, ensuring that financial barriers do not block access to justice. Through a nationwide network of advocates, the team has taken on cases involving student suicides, custodial torture of minors, and child sexual abuse, winning compensation, convictions, and policy-level changes that strengthen human rights protections.

PAWtection Force is B The Change’s animal welfare initiative, focused on rescue, rehabilitation, and legal action for stray dogs, cows, and wildlife.Through collaborations with organizations like Friends of Snakes and Blue Cross, the project has rescued and treated hundreds of animals, run vaccination and sterilization drives, and pursued legal interventions against illegal cow slaughter and wildlife abuse.

Through initiatives like L.A.W.G.I.C. – Law for Every Citizen and Cross-Connect Legal Aid, B The Change demystifies the law and connects people to timely legal help. These projects focus on legal literacy, direct legal aid, and building a bridge between citizens and lawyers so that everyday issues—documentation, rights violations, or basic entitlements—can be resolved efficiently and with dignity.

Dream Catchers works with children and youth to help them discover their talents, fight social and emotional challenges, and turn aspirations into achievable goals. Launchpad complements this by offering structured support, mentoring, and exposure so that young people—especially from underprivileged backgrounds—can access education, careers, and opportunities they otherwise miss.

Across all these initiatives runs a common thread: real change happens when those most affected become part of the solution.By weaving together legal support, education, empowerment, and welfare, B The Change Welfare Society is building ecosystems where justice, opportunity, and compassion reinforce each other—one project, one community, and one person at a time.
